Submission Guidelines for IRL Hackers

Bonjour, we hope your hacks are all going well!

For those of you present in Paris, and looking forward to submitting and presenting your hacks tomorrow, we have compiled the following guidelines and requirements for submission, along with a step-by-step guide for submitting through Devpost.
